Coordinates and notifies clients for the departure schedule of selected applicants. Assist clients in town during their final interview. He also does marketing and follow-up proposals sent to prospective clients. His previous overseas experiences enable him to explain the conditions of selected candidates when they reach their destination. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at the Technological Institute of the Philippines. This type of educational background made it easy for him to be an efficient marketing specialist.
MARIEJOY T. INSIGNE
She is a graduate of A.B Psychology. She's been with the company for the past 8 years. She started as a receptionist then later on became a recruitment officer. She is well versed in conducting preliminary interview of applicants. She conducts and interprets psychological evaluation test, orient applicants of the conditions and terms of their respective employment contracts, supervises the whole operation of our branch office in Cebu City.
JULIET A. MENDOZA
She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing. She's been with the company for the past 5 years. Being efficient in sourcing candidates she is able to distinguish a good applicant from a bad one. Her success rate in sending CV's of candidates to clients and being selected is truly remarkable. She is one of the people behind the company's very high selection rate.
He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing. He is responsible in overseeing the processing of all travel documents of all selected candidates. He knows all the ins and outs of POEA procedures as well as the different Embassies here in Manila. He is a very valuable part of the Team who ensures that the candidates are deployed on time just when the client needs them.
She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Management Major in Accounting. She's been with the Company for the past 2 years. Her responsibilities are to compute and prepare the placement fee collection from the selected candidates and try to give them the best payment terms possible. She supervises the preparation check vouchers and payments of the company, preparation of invoices of collectibles and preparation of salaries and wages of staff. She is meticulous in her recording of accounting data. She also does bookkeeping and assists the external auditor.
